Corriechoillie's Welcome

The full title is "Corriechoillie's 43rd Welcome to the Northern Meeting" but most often referred to simply as Corriechoillie. Lairds in Scotland are usually referred to by the name of their estate. This is the case with Corriechollie. The man for whom the tune was written was P. Cameron of Corriechollie who was a piping enthusiast. The Northern Meeting and the Argyllshire Gathering are the two most important piping competitions. It was composed by P/M Willie Ross.
